this piece hits home. I’ve always lived with this fear that once someone really gets to know me i.e the real, unfiltered me...they eventually get tired. and the painful part is… they usually do. It keeps happening, like I’m something people can only handle in small doses and the moment they see too much, they slowly fade out.
